NYC Baggage Car 9110

American Steam Railroad (ASR) is the owner of the NYC Baggage Car 9110, having purchased the car in 2016.

Built in 1946 by the American Car and Foundry Company, this car is unique in the fact that it has an end wall that could be opened to allow the loading of large objects such as automobiles and
other items. It was primarily used for transporting the stage sets for the Broadway shows.

ASR is converting this car to be used as the tool and crew car for steam locomotives 2100 and 1352.
